Service and beta status
Argin provides a private-beta service for monitoring automation workflows, detecting failures and missed heartbeats, creating incidents, sending configured notifications, and supporting human approval workflows. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change during the beta.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized use by your organization, account credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Your workflows and integrations
You are responsible for securing webhook and callback tokens, configuring accurate monitoring intervals and approval settings, maintaining third-party integrations, and confirming that incidents and notifications reach the intended recipients. Argin does not control upstream automation platforms, email providers, networks, or other third-party services, and cannot guarantee detection or delivery for every failure mode.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully; probe or disrupt the service or another customer’s data; introduce malicious code; bypass usage, authentication, or access controls; or use the service to transmit content you are not authorized to process.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Available plan features, limits, prices, and trial terms are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe when billing is enabled. You may manage or cancel an active subscription through the available billing controls; cancellation affects future renewal and does not create a refund except where required by law.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue beta functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular uptime level, or that alerts and callbacks will always be timely or delivered.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Organization owners may schedule organization deletion from product settings; deletion uses a 7-day grace period during which monitoring is suspended and deletion can be canceled. Personal account deletion is available when you do not own an active organization (or after owned organizations are scheduled for deletion). We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective. Financial records may remain with Stripe or be retained where legally required.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or that monitoring results will be complete or error-free. Argin is not a substitute for your own operational controls, backups, testing, or human review.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Argin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service. Any monetary cap or exclusion must be reviewed for your jurisdiction before public launch.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Material updates will use a new displayed version and may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
