Privacy Policy

We process account and authentication details, organization membership, profile and notification preferences, workflow configuration and execution metadata, webhook payloads, heartbeat timing, incidents, approval requests and decisions, notification and callback delivery records, billing status, and security and audit logs needed to operate Argin.

We use information to authenticate users, provide monitoring and approval features, detect and communicate incidents, deliver requested email and callbacks, administer plans, secure and debug the service, maintain audit history, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability.

Argin uses authentication cookies and browser storage needed for sessions and interface preferences. When PostHog analytics is configured, product events and page paths may be sent to PostHog; the application sanitizes known sensitive route data before analytics collection. Browser controls may affect optional analytics but cannot disable storage required to sign in.

Argin uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, Resend for configured transactional email, and PostHog for configured analytics. Stripe processes payment and subscription information when billing is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and may operate in multiple countries.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, preserve required audit and transaction history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and plan. You can request personal account deletion or, as an organization owner, schedule organization deletion from Settings → Danger Zone. Organization deletion uses a 7-day grace period; monitoring and webhook ingestion stop when deletion is scheduled. Permanent removal of organization application data occurs only after the grace period unless deletion is canceled. Financial records may remain with Stripe or be retained where legally required. Account or organization deletion may not remove records that must be retained for security, billing, legal, or append-only audit purposes.

We use access controls and operational safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include credentials, unnecessary personal data, or regulated information in workflow payloads or approval content.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal information, or object to certain processing. Organization administrators may also manage workspace data. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Argin and its service providers may process information outside your state, province, or country. Applicable protections and provider terms govern those transfers.

Argin is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children who cannot legally consent to use of the service.

We may update this policy as the private beta and its data practices evolve. Material updates will receive a new displayed version and may require renewed acceptance.
